Mission
I’m committed to creating spaces where authenticity and healing can naturally emerge. I’ve dedicated my life to pursuing personal and professional experiences that challenge my growth and allow me to be of greater service to the healing and evolution of others.
Method
I practice deep listening and personal attunement to help clients tap into their innate wisdom and create a safe space for addressing profound aspects of the healing process. I draw from a variety of therapies including Attachment-Based, Relational-Life, and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I work from a polyvagal perspective and utilize somatic techniques including Heart-Focused Breathing, EFT acupressure points, and movement practices including yoga, chi gong, etc. I also support grief work, rites of passage experiences, and the integration of plant-based ceremonies. Though most of my work is virtual, I do offer in-person intensives and retreats.
Experience
My background includes being a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Program Director, Clinical Supervisor, and Relational Life Coach to individuals and family systems. I hold a clinical certification in Heart Math, a biofeedback approach that supports emotional regulation and the mind-body connection. Throughout my 20 years of practice, I have facilitated numerous parenting seminars, leadership training programs, and nature-based retreats.
Interests
I currently live in the Pacific Northwest and thoroughly enjoy immersing myself in nature: hiking peaks, trail running, and sailing. I love working in the garden and sharing healthy food and laughter with family and friends. Most importantly, I love to pursue my own personal development and to share practices with others who long for greater wholeness and connection.
