Mission
As the founder and owner of Attunement Psychotherapy and Psychedelic Healing in Salt Lake City, I am deeply committed to promoting holistic healing and personal growth through immersive retreats. My mission is to guide individuals toward wholeness and self-exploration through transformative experiences and integrated care.
Method
My approach to therapy is grounded in a wide array of therapeutic practices and insights from different spiritual backgrounds, acknowledging the significant contribution of indigenous wisdom often neglected in mental health. I seek to harness the impact of adventure and hands-on learning to inspire transformation, leading my clients toward expansive states of consciousness and self-inquiry.
Experience
With nearly 10 years of experience in diverse behavioral health settings, including nature-based therapy, substance abuse treatment, adolescent residential care, community advocacy, and harm reduction, I have honed my expertise to effectively address the complex needs of my clients with empathy and understanding. In addition to my professional experience, I am deeply committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest research and best practices in the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
Interests
I believe in the importance of actively engaging in my own healing and self-exploration and I regularly participate in ceremonies facilitated with Indigenous wisdom, both with sacred plant medicine and without. As a lifelong learner, I am dedicated to my own personal process of therapy and committed to learning alongside my clients as we walk together on a path toward health and wholeness.
